For business owners whose posts get likes, but nobody asks to buy
This free checklist gives you five quick checks for your last five posts. Tick each check a post passes. Every empty box shows what that post is missing. Then a ready-to-use line helps you fix the next one. It takes a few minutes, and there’s nothing to buy.

A made-up example. Two home bakers in the same town both make birthday cakes. Both are good at it, and both post every week. The first baker posts a beautiful cake photo with the words “Another one done!” Friends like it. Other bakers like it. And that’s where it ends.
The second baker posts a photo of her own first cake, the lopsided one. Her words are “Ever had this happen the night before a party?” Parents answer with their own cake stories, and she replies to each one with a question. On Sunday, she counts which posts got parents talking.
Same town, same skill. One counts likes. The other counts conversations.
If your posts get likes but no customers, it isn’t your fault. A lot of social media advice counts likes and says, “Post more.” So posts get built for the people who like fastest: friends, family and other business owners. The people who would buy may see them, too. But nothing gives them a reason to speak up. Here’s a better rule:
Count conversations, not likes.
Then post more of what starts them.
This checklist shows whether your posts give buyers a reason to start talking. Tick a box only where a post clearly passes. Not sure? Leave it empty.
